How to create a PDF file from a Word file

Mac: Office

If you have Mac Office, you should be able to convert a doc file into PDF either by clicking on Print ->Save as PDF or by clicking File -> Save -> Publish as PDF.

1. Click on the File menu

2. Choose the 'Save' or 'Save as' option

3. Click on the 'Format' dropdown and select the 'PDF' option

4. Choose the location and save the file
