Application Materials for 2025 will be available in Fall 2024.

If you are interested in applying for a research project in the Humanities, please consider applying to the Michigan Humanities Emerging Research Scholars Program (MICHHERS).
If you are interested in applying for a SROP research project in Engineering, Social Sciences, Biological and Health Sciences, and/or Physical Sciences, please continue to the SROP Create Account page.
We are not able to accept students currently enrolled at the University of Michigan (U-M), Ann Arbor. For currently enrolled U-M, Ann Arbor students, please contact the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP) for more information on summer internships at U-M, Ann Arbor. Also, visit the Big Ten Academic Alliance website for more information on SROP options at other institutions.
